Perforated Metal Sheets - The Ultimate FAQ Guide
Perforated Metal Sheets - The Ultimate FAQ Guide
Typically, two primary processes are employed for tooling heat treatment: heating and cooling.
Heyou provides professional and reliable services.
Before heating the precision stamping die, the mold is first buried and sealed in an underground pit furnace. Next, a carbon-rich liquid is added to the furnace (this liquid decomposes into carbon atoms at high temperatures, penetrating the micro-hole mold). The mold is then placed in a preheated furnace where it is kept warm until it reaches the desired temperature, after which it is removed.
The heated stamping mesh tooling is then placed into a cooling tank, where the cooling process used is known as quenching. In this pool, either an aqueous solution or oil is utilized; the punching die is submerged for a specific duration before extraction. The final step of the quenching process involves heating it with a high-frequency machine, which transforms a 50HZ frequency into a 200HZ current.
